Ksenia Kalyna, communication manager, and Anna Turlo, project manager of Ukrainian National Desk of Creative Europe EU Program, will introduce opportunities for Ukrainian culture managers, artists, editors and other specialists who work in culture sector.
The representatives of Ukrainian National Desk of the biggest European Program that is aimed at funding culture projects will share tips on how to fill in a grant application form to receive financial support for your culture initiative and present a review of Creative Europe Program and its top priorities.

Creative Europe Program is the European Commission’s framework program aimed at supporting culture and creative sectors in Europe, with the main goals being to protect, develop and promote cultural and linguistic diversity, to strengthen competitiveness of culture and creative sectors in Europe.
The Program will be open till 2020 with the total budget of 1,46 billion euros. Creative Europe is divided into two sub-programmes: Culture Program promoting cultural and creative sectors (31% of the total budget) and Media Program promoting the development, distribution or access to audiovisual works (56% of the budget).
The Program is open to 41 countries and offers to Ukraine two opportunities – International Cooperation Projects and Literary Translation.
The meeting with Creative Europe National Desk is part of Education Program of International festival of performing, visual and media arts PORTO FRANKO-2018 – “Culture in the air: sustainability of culture and art initiatives”.
