Ptakh_Jung is a project of Kyiv based artists Anton Dehtiarov (keys) and Volodymyr Babushkin (guitar). Anton and Volodymyr combine contemporary classics with post-rock, ambient, noise, elements of grunge and electronic.

Ptakh_Jungs’ tracks are music novels made of rich keyboard sequences, intensive guitar drive, profound experimental sounds and noises. It’s a powerful music full of drama and cinematographic suspense.

Sole Parody, better know by her stage name Le Parody (a play on her own surname), is an Spanish musician and recording artist from Southern Spain. She is also a poet and feminism activist. She began her music career as a student in Los Angeles and was a member of various bands in Madrid.

Le Parody’s work has consistently received praise for its distinct musical style, which features African folk, Bollywood rhythms, Asian echoes, Flamenco beats and a rave attitude. Le Parody innovative music is hard to categorize in one genre. Her tunes call to mind familiar songs, but at the same time, they don’t sound like any of them.

Her unorthodox musical style has been characterized as “beautiful discomfort” and “sensory overload”. Le Parody’s stage performances are highly eclectic and energetic, a jovial chaos which rejects fusion, but instead, uses poetic lyrics and inspiring sounds drawing from diverse sources around the world.

Le Parody’s first album, CÁSALA (sound/track) was released in November 2012. It was critically acclaimed by the media and audiences alike as a surprising revelation and recommended as a new artist to watch. Sole Parody has been touring incessantly ever since, performing at prestigious festivals such as FIB (Festival Internacional de
Benicasim) or BAM (Barcelona Acció Musical), appearing on Spanish national television and the best venues all over Spain. In 2014 Le Parody embarked on her first European and American tour across London, Brussels, Paris, Miami, Washington DC, New York City, Boston, San Francisco, Oakland, Los Angeles and Buenos Aires.

Hondo is Le Parody’s second studio album. It offers festive African landscapes, filling the gap between Spanish folk and electronic dance music with a lush mosaic of samples from Bollywood pop songs, forceful beats and ambient recordings. Hondo (Warner / Ponk Records / New Hispanic Music) was released on October 2, 2015. It was listed among the best albums of the year by important independent music media in Spain and Latin-America. The single Hondo Agujero has reached more than a million plays in Spotify and over 35K in youtoube in less than a year from its release.

Ion din Anina is a dj with many facets: capable of soundscaping a restaurant creating a perfect atmosphere
while you eat at the same time being able to make you dance along to the ecstasy of thousands of people on the main stage of a festival.

His career, spanning more than 15 years behind the decks, is good enough proof. His sessions have covered a lot of clubs throughout Europe: Berlin, Copenhagen, Barcelona, Dublin, Brussels, Paris, London, Madrid and Milan.

You can also find him in other very different environments: the Reina Sofía Museum, sounding KöK, the best brunch in Seville, facilitating Ecstatic Dance´s sessions or presenting the weekly Viveylate Radio show.

All these faces come together with a common goal: to update the popular, creating synergies between traditional music and the new electronic currents.

Music from the past, the present and the future; ranging from Latin America to the Carpathians; generating a global sound where the rhythms of this planets and others have a place.

During these years, he has shared the stage with bands as Fanfare Ciocarlia, Systema Solar, Balkan Beat Box, Kumbia Queers, Sargento García, Chico Trujillo, Bombino, Ojos de Brujo or Che Sudaka. And dj’s as Uproot Andy, Dunkelbunt, Shantel, Nickodemus, Chancha Via Circuito or Frikstailers.

Javiro, originating from Southern Spain, is co-director and in resident DJ of Wapapura (Wapapura is about creating a respectful relationship with the Earth and her resonant spaces through the power of Music. Its goal is the engage the acoustic potential of natural, sacred and historic spaces with musical performances for on-site audiences or virtual audiences that can watch online from anywhere in the world). As the driving force in Wapapura to discover new contexts for dance events he was a pioneer in producing the first ever solar powered daytime outdoor dance parties in Spain and Colombia with events like the
“Perdiz Tropical”, “Sonera Solar” and the “Tropical Camp”.

As a DJ, he loves to make people dance while he explores the boundary breaking influence of Tropical Music in musical styles from all over the world. In his own events in Spain and events in Belgium, Colombia, South Africa, Ukraine and Germany, Javiro has shared the stage with Throes + The Shine, Uproot Andy, Sargento Garcia, Nicola Cruz, Richard Blair, Hector Buitrago, Caballito, Tremenda Jauria, El Tunche Sound Systema, Maga Bo, Guacamayo Tropical, El Remolón, Candeleros…

Zapaska was launched in 2009 by Iana Shpachynska and Pavlo Nechytaylo. The first compositions of Zapaska were attempts to create simple and cute songs based on live looping of acoustic instruments and multivocalisms.

In 2010 the first EP Lanka was recorded (it included five songs with polylingual lyrics) and was accompanied by two music videos. The second EP Translitom was released in September 2011 on XXX Waves record label.

The duo toured in Ukraine and participated in many festivals in the country and abroad. After implementation of the fx processors and drum machine, electronic element in ZAPASKA’s compositions increased. Today the shift from the initial liquid acoustic sound to the solid electro-rock is underway. ZAPASKA is permanently changing, enriching its sound, and live performances of the duo often exceed expectations of the audience acquainted with the EPs. In spite of all changes, what remains stable in Zapaska is a crystalline authentic fusion.
